For participating in the Forum
no later than March 15 2009 the filled-in
Application of the Participant and a hotel reservation must be submitted
to Organizing Committee.
For the Forum Participants who have filled in and submitted Application of the Participant,
transfer from the airport (or railway station) to the Hotel is provided on their
arrival day (registration day) and back from the Hotel on their departure day. Reservation
in the Intourist Hotel is guaranteed according to Forum Participant Application.
Organizing Committee will cover all expenses for:

Transfer from the airport (or railway station) to the Hotel on arrival day and
back from the Hotel on departure day for Forum Participants
- Transfers to the places of Forum events
- Advertisement tour of the Amur river
for all Forum Participants (entertainment and excursion)
- Reception on behalf of Khabarovsky krai Government on 26/05/2009-
Lunch for all Forum Participants on 27/05/2009
- A tour (excursion program) for Forum Participants from the
Korean Republic,
Mongolia
and the PRC on 27/05/2009
- A tour (excursion program) for Forum Participants from Japan on 28/05/2009
