Transportation Services Scheme

For any transportation needs according to the official program of the Forum, a participant should use buses that are parked at every place of departure with a Forum emblem on them (Sign with the roundtable number). Buses going to lunch break venues have a sign with a roundtable number on them. At the end of all events scheduled for the day, buses will have the signs with the hotel names.

The following is the exact schedule of buses departure from different places of the Forum:



October, 4. 2011

08.20 Departure from the hotels for the plenary session venue - Musical Theater of Khabarovsk Krai
13.00 Departure from the Musical Theater of Khabarovsk Krai for the restaurants for lunch (buses have the signs of the Roundtable discussions number)
14.30 Departure from the restaurants for the Roundtable discussions
18.00 Departure from the Roundtable discussions for the Sport and performance complex «Platinum Arena» for the official reception
21.00 Departure from the Sport and performance complex «Platinum Arena» for the hotels

October, 5. 2011
