PROVISIONS FOR SPONSORS

Official sponsors of the Far Eastern International Economic Forum are legal entities and natural persons gratuitously supporting (financial and in-kind contributions) the Forum Organization Committee providing according to the Agreement of Financial Support Provision signed with the financial operator of the Fifth Far Eastern International Economic Forum (Forum). 

According to the Act of the Khabarovsky Krai Governor # 193-r as of April 07, 2011 “On preparation and holding of the Fifth Far Eastern International Economic Forum” financial operator of the Forum is Interregional Association “Far East and Transbaikalia”.  

The funds thus obtained shall only be used by the Organization Committee for preparation and holding of the Forum (in line with the major activity specified in the Charter of the non-commercial organization).

It is herein understood that official sponsors of the Forum shall be subdivided as follows:

-      General sponsor is the one that gratuitously transfer funds to the Organization Committee in the amount of 2 000 000 rubles or more.

-      1^st rank sponsor is the one that gratuitously transfer funds to the Organization Committee in the amount of 800 thousand rubles;

-      2^nd rank sponsor is the one that gratuitously transfer funds to the Organization Committee in the amount of 400 thousand rubles;

-      3^rd rank sponsor is the one that gratuitously transfer funds to the Organization Committee in the amount of 150 thousand rubles. 

Sponsors of the Forum are provided with the following rights:

General Sponsor shall be advertised by the Organization Committee:

- in newsletters and bulletins of the Forum;

- in publications and programs of official information sponsors;

- on billboards in plenary session, press-conference and round-table halls, within the floor space leased by Khabarovsk International Fair, LLC during the exhibition and fair events;

- in an information package for Forum participants;

- on the Forum’s website with a link to the sponsor’s site.   

The Organization Committee shall invite five representatives of the General Sponsor to take part in all official events, cultural program and press conferences of the Forum.

The Organization Committee shall award the General Sponsor with a diploma of the Far Eastern International Economic Forum.

A 1^st Rank Sponsor shall be advertised by the Organization Committee:

- in newsletters and bulletins of the Forum;

- on billboards in plenary session, press-conference and round-table halls, within the floor space leased by Khabarovsk International Fair, LLC during the exhibition and fair events;

- in an information package for Forum participants;

- on the Forum’s website with a link to the sponsor’s site.   

The Organization Committee shall invite three representatives of the Sponsor to take part in all official events, cultural program and press conferences of the Forum.

The Organization Committee shall award the Sponsor with a diploma of the Far Eastern International Economic Forum.

A 2^nd Rank Sponsor shall be advertised by the Organization Committee:

- in newsletters and bulletins of the Forum (by promoting Sponsor’s logo);

- on billboards in plenary session, press-conference and round-table halls, within the floor space leased by Khabarovsk International Fair, LLC during the exhibition and fair events;

- on the Forum’s website with a link to the sponsor’s site.

A 3^rd Rank Sponsor shall be advertised by the Organization Committee:

- in newsletters and bulletins of the Forum (by promoting Sponsor’s logo);

- on the Forum’s website with a link to the sponsor’s site.

The Organization Committee shall invite a representative of the Sponsor to take part in all official events, cultural program and press conferences of the Forum.

The Organization Committee shall award the Sponsor with a diploma of the Far Eastern International Economic Forum.
