PROVISIONS
FOR SPONSORS
OF THE FAR EASTERN INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC FORUM
Official sponsors
of the Far Eastern International Economic Forum are companies and organizations,
which gratuitously support the Forum Organization Committee with financial facilities.
The funds thus obtained shall only be used by the Organization Committee for preparation
and holding of the Forum.
It is herein
understood that official sponsors of the Forum shall be subdivided into a general
sponsor, 1st rank sponsor, 2nd rank sponsor and 3rd
rank sponsor.
THE GENERAL
SPONSOR
gratuitously
transfer funds to the Organization Committee in the amount of 2 000 000 rubles or
provide goods and services to the same amount.
1st,2nd, 3rd rank sponsors
Amount of gratuitously
transfering funds:
1st
rank sponsor – 800 thousand rubles;
2nd
rank sponsor – 250 thousand rubles;
3rd
rank sponsor – 150 thousand rubles.
THE GENERAL
SPONSOR
shall be provided with personal PR-service with due consideration for individual
features of the sponsor’s business (with individual media coverage planned).
THE GENERAL
SPONSOR shall be advertised by the Organization Committee:
-
in newsletters and bulletins of the Forum;
-
in publications and programs of official information sponsors;
-
on billboards in plenary session, press-conference and round-table halls, within
the floor space leased by Khabarovsk International Fair, LLC during the exhibition
and fair events;
-
in an information package for Forum participants;
-
on a personal webpage on website with a link to the sponsor’s site;
THE GENERAL
SPONSOR
shall be provided with an opportunity to organize a round table meeting or client
conference under the aegis of the Forum.
The Organization
Committee shall invite five representatives of the GENERAL SPONSOR to take part
in all official events, cultural program and press conferences of the Forum.
The Organization
Committee shall award the GENERAL SPONSOR with a diploma of the Far Eastern International
Economic Forum.
A 1st
RANK SPONSOR
shall be provided with PR-service with the regard for the sponsor’s business.
THE SPONSOR
shall be advertised by the Organization Committee:

in newsletters and bulletins of the Forum;
-
on billboards in plenary session, press-conference and round-table halls, within

and fair events;
